This was one of the best trainings I have ever attended and it's about time people realized the importance of having a little fun. Mrs. Tammy Ditzel was one of the best, if not the best trainers I've had. Having little to work with, Tammy crafted a day that met our needs, addressed critical issues, and left us with an 'esprit de corps' that had been lacking for months.
